Yes, yes, and yes. It’s quite easy to update the overall look to match your branding for your business and attract your ideal client. You can change logos, colors, photos, fonts, and whole-lot-more! We’ve gone over this in greater detail here.

+ CAN I ADD A BLOG OR SHOP?

You’ve got it! Squarespace makes it easy to integrate a Shop into your website. We'll cover how to add this in our tutorial videos!

+ WILL I BE ABLE TO ADD NEW PAGES WITH THESE LAYOUTS?

Of course, we want these templates to be able to work for your business and totally get that you may want to further customize. We walk you through how to add new pages in our tutorial videos!

+ ARE THESE WEBSITES MOBILE FRIENDLY?

They sure are, and we’ve designed with that in mind. Squarespace also makes it easy to view your website on various devices so you can look good on ALL the platforms.

+ HOW LONG SHOULD THIS TAKE?

Realistically, updating the template to make it your own should take only a few hours, so it’s best to carve out a good chunk of time to get er’ done. We recommend not delaying the process and trying to complete it in as short as time as possible (that’s why you’re here, right?). But don’t worry if you’re not in a rush, once purchased, you have unlimited access to the tutorials, however your template will expire within a few months before a payment plan needs to be added.

+ YOU’LL BE ABLE TO ADD IN MY LOGO AND PHOTOS, RIGHT?

We’ll install the template kit for you as is, so it’s up to you to go in and update your logo, colours, photos, and text. If you’re looking for some help with that, look into our TAKE OFF and FLIGHTS INCLUDED add ons.

+ WHAT ABOUT CONNECTING MY DOMAIN & EMAIL TO MY WEBSITE?

If you don't already have a domain name (ie. www.yourcompanyname.com) or business email you can easily set this up right through Squarespace! If you already have a domain name and business email, prior to launch, we provide you with access to Squarespace's step-by-step instructions on how to easily connect your domain to your website.

+ I currently have a Squarespace payment plan and domain set up, can we move this over to the template?

Once we send along your template (as a new website), you can go to Squarespace support chat and they can assist in moving your payment plan and domain over to the new website.

+ I HAVE A LOT OF BLOG POSTS OR SHOP ITEMS ON MY CURRENT WEBSITE?

If you have a lot of content to move over including blog posts or are using a different platform (such as Wordpress of Wix), please contact us for more info and additional costs to make that transition easy for you.

+ I CURRENTLY HAVE A WEBSITE AND WANT TO USE THIS TEMPLATE?

Our template kits are installed on a new Squarespace website, so we suggest moving over your content into the template. This also helps as you can keep your current website as is until your new one is ready to go. Please contact us though if you have any questions on what process may work best for you.

+ WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SQUARESPACE 7.0 & 7.1? WHAT VERSION IS BEST FOR ME?

All good, we’ve created our templates in a free, easy to use program called CANVA and you’ll be able to switch out colours, photos, and fonts with ease.

+ CAN I USE THOSE PHOTOS?

You’re more than welcome to use these stock photos, switch them out for your own, and of course, replace with any other stock images. We are obsessed with the free stock websites, UNSPLASH or PEXELS.

+ WHAT DESIGN SUPPORT IS INCLUDED WITH THIS ADD ON?

Whether you need support setting up your website template right after purchase, or prior to launch, the Take Off Add On includes up to 3 hours of expert web designer support.

What can we accomplish in 3 hours?

A LOT! If you are just starting out with your website template, our team can dive in and add in your logo, brand colors and brand fonts for you. We'll update a few banner images throughout the website and then you'll jump in and add in the your copy and final photos to wrap things up.

Alternatively, if you'd like our team to jump in after you've already customized majority of your website prior to launch, our 3 hours of support can cover items such as adding in premium fonts, connecting your domain, customizing page sections or creating new pages too.

We always discuss in detail with you your goals prior to jumping in and set a plan of action to make the most of your 3 hour support time-frame.

If you are looking for more advanced support and a full customization of your website template, our FLIGHTS INCLUDED Package would be the best route to take.

+ I’M NOT SURE WHAT TEMPLATE IS A GOOD FIT FOR MY BUSINESS?

All good, we’ll discuss with you your business goals and decide which template has the best options for you.

+ I HAVE A LOGO, BUT THAT’S IT.

We do suggest having a bit more of a brand to move forward with this option. While a logo is a great place to start, having color and font options will bring your website to another level. With FLIGHTS INCLUDED as well, we recommend you having your photos and content ready to go as well (but we’ll be adding it in on our end). If you’re needing a bit more help to bring everything together, the ALL INCLUSIVE option might be for you.
